Can I request a fully custom design?
Yes! All of our products are individually handcrafted and personalised. You can personalise the designs you see on our website with the different font and colour options, or if you have a different idea in mind, you can send it us via email once you have placed an order and we can work together to make it come to life.
How long does it take to make and deliver my order?
Every order is handcrafted and personalised with love and care. Our average processing time is 2-4 working days, plus postage/shipping. If you need an order sooner, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate.
Do you offer gift or special packaging?
Yes! There is an option for gift/special packaging at checkout for an additional £1.99.
How should I care for my embroidered items?
For all embroidered items, wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid high heat drying or ironing directly on the embroidery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all orders are personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order is incorrect or has any issues, please contact us with photos within 7 days of recieving your order.
